Introduction
Sterilized air filter unit is an important part of beverage filling production line. By air filter, it can remove impurities and bacteria from compressed air and steam, providing sterile compressed air, clean device gas, SIP steam, shielding steam for other production line equipment. The system uses global brands sterilizing filter named Pall or Park to ensure clean and hygiene of filtered gas.
Before preparation of sterilized air, use clean steam to sterilize filter element and pipelines behind sterile filter, and then inject compressed air, we get clean and sterilized compressed air after filtering by filter element, which can be used in drying washed bottles and caps, storage tanks back pressure, providing sanitary environment for products and packaging materials.
